With several years of hands-on experience in social mobilization, adult education, and sponsorship program management, Ram Saroj brings deep insight into grassroots engagement and inclusive development practices. Before joining ROYM Nepal, he contributed significantly to various social organizations including Aasaman Nepal and Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN).
