Bishnu Kumari Balampaki Social Mobilizer, Mahottari

Bishnu Kumari Balampaki is a highly experienced and dedicated social mobilizer of Mahottari with over 15 years of grassroots experience in child protection, adolescent empowerment, health awareness, and community mobilization. Her deep understanding of rural development issues, particularly concerning women and children, makes her a valuable member of the ROYM Nepal team. Bishnu began her social work journey in 2004 as a Supervisor in a Radio Health Program under LDTC and has since worked with renowned organizations including CFWA on projects related to HIV/AIDS prevention, child protection, education, and livelihood enhancement. She has served in roles such as Outreach Worker, Social Mobilizer, and Community Mobilizer, effectively implementing programs across Bardibas and other VDCs in Mahottari district.
