Eleeza Tuladhar is a seasoned GEDSI DRR Expert at ROYM Nepal, bringing over a decade of transformative experience in disaster preparedness, inclusive governance, and rights-based program management. With a rare blend of strategic clarity and grassroots empathy, she has led impactful initiatives across education, TVET, GBV, climate resilience, and humanitarian coordination. Her academic foundation includes an MPhil in Sociology, an MBS in Business Studies, and ongoing legal studies (LLB), equipping her with multidimensional perspectives on justice and inclusion.
Eleeza’s career spans leadership roles with People in Need, Aide et Action Nepal, Helvetas, Saathi, Save the Children, and FIAN Nepal. She has supported over 9500 adolescent girls in accessing education, developed GIEN strategies across 70 municipalities, and contributed to policy frameworks such as GESI policies, GBV elimination fund guidelines, and Education DPRPs. Her work reflects a deep commitment to elevating the voices of women, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQI communities in disaster risk reduction and recovery.
She is a prolific researcher and policy advocate, having authored more than 20 publications, including CEDAW shadow reports, safeguarding manuals, and strategic papers on Dalit rights and inclusive lawmaking. Her technical expertise includes GEDSI mainstreaming in DRRM, simulation planning, safeguarding, donor coordination, and capacity building of government and non-government stakeholders.
At ROYM Nepal, Eleeza leads with precision, compassion, and a fierce dedication to inclusive resilience. Her role is central to shaping GEDSI-responsive disaster policies, strengthening community preparedness, and ensuring that every intervention honors the dignity and rights of those most affected by inequality and crisis.
